  • CREAMY TOMATO GLUTEN FREE PASTA

Ingredients: 

  • 150 gms Gluten-free rice pasta. 
  • 3-4 boiled tomatoes.
  • Chopped onions.
  • Chopped capsicum.
  • ¼  cup of fresh cream.
  • Cheese according to your taste. 
  • Pizza and pasta sauce (readymade)
  • Curry leaves.
  • Chilli flakes and oregano. 
  • Salt to taste. 
  • ¼ tablespoon ginger. 
  • Chilli powder.

Step by Step Making of Creamy Tomato Gluten Free Pasta

 Step 1:  Take a medium-sized pot, add some water, and then add your 150 grams gluten-free rice pasta into the pot. Add some salt and oil.

Step 2: Boil the pasta for 10-15 min. Then drain the pasta.

Step 3: Take a pan, add some butter and the mixed herbs. Add the boiled pasta and saute them for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.

Step 4: Making of tomato sauce for the pasta.

Take the boiled tomatoes and grind them until a smooth paste. Then add some curry leaves and keep the paste aside.

Step 5: Now take a pan to add some oil and ginger. Sauté them for a minute. Then add chopped onions and capsicum and sauté them on high flame so that the vegetables will be crunchy. Add some salt according to your taste.

Step 6: Then add your tomato paste to the pan. Add 1 tbs of pizza sauce for extra taste and natural colour.  And leave it in simmer for 5-8 minutes so that the tomato paste is properly cooked.

Step 7: Now add some fresh cream and cheese according to your wish and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.  Finally, add the boiled pasta. Mix it well and let it cook for a minute.  Your tasty gluten-free pasta is now ready! Garnish it with some extra grated cheese and some herbs if you like.

  • GLUTEN-FREE SESAME CHICKEN. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ kilograms boneless chicken.
  • 1 cup of chicken broth.
  • 3 tbs cornstarch.
  • 2 tbs sesame oil.
  • 1tb chili sauce.
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey. 
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • Salt. 

Step by Step Making of Gluten Free Sesame Chicken

Step 1: Take ½  kilograms of boneless chicken in a bowl, add salt, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp sesame oil, ½ tbsp cornstarch.

Step 2: Mix all these ingredients well and marinate the chicken for 30-45 minutes. 

Step 3: Meanwhile, take a bowl and add 1tb soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2tb of chilli sauce. Take 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 ½ tbsp honey, and 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch. Mix all the ingredients well. Keep it aside.

Step 4: Take a pan, add some oil, and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste. Then add the sauce you kept aside. Let it cook in simmer until it gets thick.

Step 5: Now, take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp baking powder. Now, add the marinated chicken into the bowl and mix it well.

Step 6: Then, fry the chicken in oil until golden brown. And transfer the fried chicken to your sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes at low flame.

Step 7: Add some chopped spring onions and sesame seeds to garnish. Serve it hot and enjoy!

 

  • GLUTEN-FREE MASALA JOWAR ROTI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Jowar flour. 
  • 1 cup of chopped methi leaves.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped cucumber.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped carrot.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped onion.
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilly.
  • 1/3 tbsp ajwain.
  • ¼ tbsp cumin seeds.
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder. 
  • ½ tbsp black pepper. 

Step by Step Making of Gluten Free Masala Jowar Roti

Step 1: Take a bowl, add 1 cup chopped methi, chopped cucumber, chopped carrot, chopped onion, and green chillies.

Step 2: Then add 1/3 tbsp ajwain, ¼  tbsp cumin powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, ½ tbsp black pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 3: Mix all of them nicely and then add the jowar flour and mix it again properly. You need not add more water as the mixture already contains water.

Step 4: Add water according to the dough. It should not be too thick and too thin. Keep the jowar dough aside.

Step 5: Take a wet napkin and take a handful of the dough. Place it on the wet napkin and flatten the dough roundly like a roti. Use some water in between so that the dough does not stick to your hands. 

Step 6: Take a pan and grease it with some oil. Place the cloth on the pan with the roti facing the pan and wait for a few seconds and slowly remove the wet cloth from the pan.

Step 7: Cook this on a medium flame and flip it over other side. You can also apply some ghee on the roti to make it even more tasty.

Step 8: Serve it on your plate and enjoy your roti ...

You can also have the roti with some tangling pickle that adds more taste to your roti.

 

  • GLUTEN-FREE CHICKPEA MASALA WITH GREEN RICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ½ cups of spinach.
  • 1 ½ cup of brown rice.
  • 1 cup of chickpeas. 
  • 1 cup blended tomatoes. 
  • 2 cups chopped onions.
  • 2 tbsp of garlic.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 
  • 2 tbsp garam masala.
  • 1 ½ cup of coconut milk. 

Step by Step Making of Gluten Free Chickpea Masala With Green Rice

Step 1: Take 2 cups of spinach, add ½ cup chopped onions, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, and ½ salt and blend it completely until a smooth paste. Then add ½ cup of water and again blend it. 

Step 2: Take a pot, add the grinded mixture into the pot, and add 1 ½ cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Then, add 1 ½ cup of brown rice and boil it for another 40 min on low flame. Once the rice is completely boiled, keep the boiled rice aside.

Step 4: Now let's make a chickpea masala curry. Take a pan and add 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil, 1 cup of onions, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, and salt to taste. Cook it for 3 minutes. 

 

Step 5: Now, add the blended tomato paste and the chickpeas. Add 2 tbsp of grams masala and let it cook for 5 – 7 minutes.

Step 6: Then add 1 ½ cup of coconut milk and ½ cup spinach. Cook this for 20 minutes in low flame. Your chickpea masala curry is ready. 

  • GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs.
  • ½ cup of brown sugar.
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract.
  • ¼ tbsp melted butter.
  • 1 ½ cup of gluten-free oat flour. 
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. 
  • 2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 cup of semi sweetened chopped chocolate.
  • ½ cup of heavy cream.
  • Chocolate flakes or fried almonds.

Step by Step Making of Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Step 1: Take a bowl and add 3 eggs, ½ cup brown sugar. Whisk it well for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: Then add ½ tbsp of vanilla extract, ¼ tbsp melted butter, and whisk it for 20 seconds.

Step 3: Now, add 1 ½ cup of gluten-free oat flour, ¼cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir all the mixed ingredients gently until a smooth batter. Avoid any formation of lumps.

Step 4: Now, add this batter into a cake pan and bake it 20 minutes. Then take out the cake and let it cool completely.

Step 5: Now take another bowl and add 1 cup of semi sweetened chopped chocolate along with ½ cup of heavy cream. Microwave this for 30 seconds on high power.

Step 6: Then whisk it nicely until thicken. Keep it aside and let it cool.

Step 7: Once it is completely cooled, put the cream on the cake and decorate it as you wish. You can also add chocolate flakes or fried almonds for better taste.

Step 8: Now refrigerate the cake for 20 minutes and then it is ready to serve. You can now enjoy the gluten-free chocolate cake.
