NUTRITION IN the ’20s: Generally during this age, people tend to focus more on their education and working life. This is the right age where people need more nutrients in their daily meals. This is also the age where people turn out to show more interest in eating more junk food and unhealthy food. So an average person during this age requires a lot more nutrients.
Key nutrients required during this age are Proteins, Pottasium, and Omega 3 fatty acids.
Foods that contain all these key nutrients are eggs, meat, milk made foods, flax seeds, lots of vegetables, etc. These are the nutritious foods people must add in their daily meals for a healthy body.
NUTRITION IN the ’30s: This is the age where people get married or start a family and will also face difficulties work-wise. This is also the age where people start seeing signs of an unhealthy lifestyle such as diabetes and hypertension.
Key nutrients required during this age are Iron, Calcium, and foods that are rich in Folate.
Foods that contain all these key nutrients are green leafy vegetables, citric fruits, milk, cheese, and meat.
NUTRITION IN the ’40s: Your body during this age undergoes Estrogen withdrawal and eventually your body puts on weight. To maintain good health during this age you must be careful in picking the foods you eat. You must not eat foods that contain cholesterol and oily foods daily. Once in a while if fine, but not daily.

NUTRITION IN the ’50s AND ABOVE: After 50 your body does not digest food the way it did before. Your metabolism levels slow down and your body eventually cannot digest the food you eat completely. As a result, it takes a little more effort to make you get enough nutrients in your body. During this age, you must avoid eating foods that contain sugar and fat.
