  • 150 gms Gluten-free rice pasta. 
  • 3-4 boiled tomatoes.
  • Chopped onions.
  • Chopped capsicum.
  • ¼  cup of fresh cream.
  • Cheese according to your taste. 
  • Pizza and pasta sauce (readymade)
  • Curry leaves.
  • Chilli flakes and oregano. 
  • Salt to taste. 
  • ¼ tablespoon ginger. 
  • Chilli powder.

How to make: To begin, take a medium-sized pot, add some water, then add your 150 grams gluten-free rice pasta into the pot. Add some salt and oil.. Boil the pasta for 10-15 min. Then drain the pasta. Take a pan, add some butter and the mixed herbs. Add the boiled pasta and saute them for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. 

Now, let's make the tomato sauce for the pasta. 

Take the boiled tomatoes and grind them until a smooth paste. Then add some curry leaves and keep the paste aside. Now take a pan to add some oil and ginger. Saute them for a minute. Then add chopped onions and capsicum and saute them on high flame so that the vegetables will be crunchy. Add some salt according to your taste. Then add your tomato paste to the pan. Add 1 tbs of pizza sauce for extra taste and natural color.  And leave it in simmer for 5-8 minutes so that the tomato paste is properly cooked. Now add some fresh cream and cheese according to your wish and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.  Finally, add the boiled pasta. Mix it well and let it cook for a minute.  Your tasty gluten-free pasta is now ready! Garnish it with some extra grated cheese and some herbs if you like. 




  • ½ kilograms boneless chicken.
  • 1 cup of chicken broth.
  • 3 tbs cornstarch.
  • 2 tbs sesame oil.
  • 1tb chili sauce.
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey. 
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • Salt. 

How to make: Firstly take ½  kilograms of boneless chicken in a bowl, add salt, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp sesame oil, ½ tbsp cornstarch. Mix all these ingredients well and marinate the chicken for 30-45 minutes. 

Meanwhile, take a bowl and add 1tb soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2tb of chili sauce. 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 ½ tbsp honey, and 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch. Mix all the ingredients well. Keep it aside.

Take a pan, add some oil, and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste. Then add the sauce you kept aside. Let it cook in simmer until it gets thick. 

Now, take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of cornflour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp baking powder. Now add the marinated chicken into the bowl and mix it well. Then fry the chicken in oil until golden brown. Then transfer the fried chicken to your sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add some chopped spring onions and sesame seeds to garnish. Serve it hot and enjoy!




  • 1 cup Jowar flour. 
  • 1 cup of chopped methi leaves.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped cucumber.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped carrot.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped onion.
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilly.
  • 1/3 tbsp ajwain.
  • ¼ tbsp cumin seeds.
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder. 
  • ½ tbsp black pepper. 

How to make: Take a bowl, add 1 cup chopped methi, chopped cucumber, chopped carrot, chopped onion, and green chilies. Then add 1/3 tbsp ajwain, ¼  tbsp cumin powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, ½ tbsp black pepper, and salt to taste. 

Mix all of them nicely and then add the Jowar flour and mix it again properly. You need not add more water as the mixture already contains water. Add water according to the dough. It should not be too thick and too thin. Keep the Jowar dough aside. 

Take a wet napkin and take a handful of the dough. Place it on the wet napkin and flatten the dough roundly like a roti. Use some water in between so that the dough does not stick to your hands. 

Take a pan and grease it with some oil. Place the cloth on the pan with the roti facing the pan and wait for a few seconds and slowly remove the wet cloth from the pan. Cook it on medium flame and flip the roti for the other side to be cooked. You can also drizzle some ghee on the roti to make it tastier. once the roti is cooked on both sides. Serve it on your plate and enjoy! You can also have the roti with some pickle that adds more taste to your roti. 




  • 2 ½ cups of spinach.
  • 1 ½ cup of brown rice.
  • 1 cup of chickpeas. 
  • 1 cup blended tomatoes. 
  • 2 cups chopped onions.
  • 2 tbsp of garlic.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 
  • 2 tbsp garam masala.
  • 1 ½ cup of coconut milk. 

How to make: Firstly, take 2 cups of spinach, add ½ cup chopped onions, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, and ½ salt and blend it completely until a smooth paste. Then add ½ cup of water and again blend it. 

Take a boiling pot and add the ground mixture into the pot, add 1 ½ cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes. Then add 1 ½ cup of brown rice and boil it for 40 min in low flame. Once the rice is boiled completely, keep the boiled rice aside. 

Let's make a chickpea masala curry now. 

Take a pan. Add 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil, 1 cup of onions, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, and salt to taste. Cook it for 3 minutes.  Now add the blended tomato paste and the chickpeas. Add 2 tbsp of garam masala and let it cook for 5 – 7 minutes. Then add 1 ½ cup of coconut milk and ½ cup spinach. Cook them for 20 minutes in low flame. Your chickpea masala curry is ready. 

Serve your curry with some green rice you cooked earlier and enjoy your meal. 



  • 3 eggs.
  • ½ cup of brown sugar.
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract.
  • ¼ tbsp melted butter.
  • 1 ½ cup of gluten-free oat flour. 
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. 
  • 2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 cup of semi sweetened chopped chocolate.
  • ½ cup of heavy cream.
  • Chocolate flakes or fried almonds.

How to make: Take a bowl and add 3 eggs, ½ cup brown sugar. Whisk it well for 5-7 minutes. Then add ½ tbsp of vanilla extract, ¼ tbsp melted butter, and whisk it for 20 seconds. Now add 1 ½ cup of gluten-free oat flour, ¼cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir all the mixed ingredients gently untill a smooth batter. Avoid lumps. 

Now add the batter into a cake pan and bake it 20 minutes. Then take out the cake and let it cool completely. 

Now take another bowl, add 1 cup of semi sweetened chopped chocolate and ½ cup of heavy cream. Microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Then whisk it nicely until thicken. Keep it aside and let it cool. Once it is completely cooled, put the cream on the cake and decorate it as you wish. You can also add chocolate flakes or fried almonds for better taste. 

Now refrigirate the cake for 20 minutes and then it is ready to serve. You can now enjoy the gluten-free chocolate cake.
