GREEK YOGURT NUTRITIOUS THAN REGULAR YOGURT?
Greek yogurt is considered more nutritious than regular yogurt for many reasons. Mainly Greek yogurt contains double the amount of protein than the regular yogurt. And it is believed that greek yogurt is healthier compared to the regular yogurt. Usually, both of them are made with the same ingredients but they differ in nutrients.
Some of the reasons why greek yogurt is healthier than regular yogurt:

- It more consistent i.e. greek yogurt is creamier than regular yogurt as they remove the whey in the greek yogurt.

- Nutrients like Calcium, Iodine, Protein, and Vitamin B-12 are more in Greek yogurt than compared to regular yogurt.
Hence, Greek yogurt is more nutritious than compared to regular yogurt.
