Experts have been advising people to make breathing exercises a part of their routine as they help in improving the oxygen levels of the body and works on discomfort in breathing if any.
Start with simple breathing called Anulom Vilom(alternate nostril breathing technique) that helps in boosting immunity and increasing the lung capacity.
Malaika Arora mentioned that one should start with six rounds of anulom vilom at least two hours interval before and after having food. One can up to 21 rounds of this breathing exercise.
