What if I say all the athletes do the same type of workout? Yes! It is true all the athletes, Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Crossfit, Olympic lifters all do the same type of Workout - Strength Training. 

But there are many types of strength training and each type is different from the other.  

 

1- Agile Strength 

2- Endurance Strength 

3- Explosive Strength 

4- Maximum Strength 

 

These are the various types of strength training and out of all these types, Endurance Training is the most popular training type.
