Performing High-intensity training is not everyone's cup of tea. It takes dedication, determination, sweat, and most importantly focus. And Cross-fit training is a majorly high performance. 

Here is the best cross-fit workout plan:-



Barbell Deadlift is the best exercise for the lower back but also anyone should perform this exercise under supervision guidance. 

Do 5 sets of 10 reps. 



Barbell Squats is the exercise for hamstrings, glutes, and butts basically it supports the overall thigh muscle. 

Do 5 sets of 10 reps.


Kettle ball Swings:-

This exercise supports the overall body majorly shoulders, back, and thighs. 

Do 5 sets of 30 seconds.


Box Jumps:-

It increases the strength and stability of the body. 

Do 5 sets of 20 seconds.


Treadmill Sprint:- 

Increases body flow and breathing so your stamina builds and your calves and feet too. 

Do 5 sets of 60 seconds.



Supports chest muscles majorly but also supports the arm and shoulders. The best exercise for Strength.

Do 3 sets of 20 reps.



Planks are for the core strength of the body and it helps to reduce belly fat and love handles. 

Do 3 sets of 1 min. plank.


So this is around 30-45 min daily routine workout for beginners and intermediates. You can choose the weight of your choice but beware of ego lifting. Also after completion of your workout plan do some stretching so your muscles get relaxed.
