EXERCISING AFTER RECOVERING FROM COVID-19

The coronavirus has engulfed most of us. With every other person suffering from covid-19 , it has become very difficult to come back to normalcy. 

The first thing to do after recovery is to start slow. Doing light exercises can help. Go for morning walks or jogging for some time. After a week or two , increase your walking time. You can also do some light stretching exercises to relax your muscles and joints.
