For improving your eyesight-
1) You can consume Gooseberry, green veggies, citrus fruit daily
2) Do exercise regularly
3) Wash Your eyes in the morning
4) Protect the eyes from ultraviolet rays by wearing sunglasses
5) Eat Healthy food that has vitamin A, antioxidant, Beta carotene
6) At night reduces the use of artificial lights like mobile phones and laptop
7) For better results there are some exercises:
- Hold your pointer finger a few inches away from your eye.
- Focus on your finger.
- Slowly move your finger away from your face, holding your focus.
- Look away for a moment, into the distance.
- Focus on your outstretched finger and slowly bring it back toward your eye.
- Look far away and then focus on things.
· Repeat three times.
