There are some eye exercises that can improve eye vision even when you have glasses.
- Slow Blink
Blink your eyes every 30 seconds, do it for 2 minutes twice a day.
- Quick Blink
Blink your eyes every 4 seconds rapidly, do it for 2 minutes twice a day.
- Palming
Close your eyes and cover them with your palm, now take a deep breath and relax your back muscle. This helps to relax the eyes.
Do this exercise several times a day for optimal results.
- Side to Side movement
This exercise is also very helpful to relax eyesight. Slowly slide eyeballs left to right and right to left and repeat.
These exercises relax your eyes and improve blood flow towards the eyes.
