There are many ways in which you can lose your weight naturally


  • Drink a lot of water: It helps in removal of toxic elements from the body and keeps the body internally clean. Drinking 2 to 3 litres of water on a daily basis can give amazing results. If possible try drinking lukewarm water and add either lemon or honey in it. Lemon and honey act as quick fat cutters.


  • By eating the right thing at the right time: The english proverb “Eat breakfast like a king,lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper” goes well with this. Our heaviest diet should be our breakfast and the lightest one should be our dinner. Many nutritionists also suggest to keep eating something like dry fruits , fruits , wholegrain biscuits and such healthy items in a gap of two to three hours. This helps in avoiding unnecessary weight gain.


  • Emphasis more on eating healthy rather than on eating junk and oily food: The calorie content of junk items is quite high which leads to quick weight gain. Also try to avoid the intake of sugar and carbohydrates as much as possible. Cut down your rice , sugar and potato intake. These food items are high in carbohydrate and sugar content.


  • Include protein intake in your diet: It is the king of nutrients. A great number of calories is burnt by the body when digesting proteins. Also include fruits and vegetables in your diets. Along with nutrients and fiber , they also have low energy density.


  • Try getting enough sleep: Disturbed sleep cycles often lead to weight gains. Stop stressing over things especially when going to bed.

Try to combat your food cravings and desires: Develop self control within yourself and limit your junk eating to maximum one day a week. This would help you in staying fit.
