How to perform bicep curl?

  • Biceps workout using resistance band
  •  Grab the bands' ends (one in each hand) and move on the bands' middles. Your shoe's band should be in the center.
  •  Maintain an upright posture with your head and shoulders, feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and stomach close.
  •  Begin by extending your arms down and close to your sides, palms facing up.
  •  Curl the bands all the high while maintaining biceps tension.
  •  Return your hands to their starting position slowly and repeat the step.
  •  Complete 3–4 sets of 8–12 repetitions.
