How to perform concentration curl?

  • Biceps workout using resistance band
  1. Place the center of the band under your right foot in a forward lunge position with your right leg in front.
  2. Hold one end of the loop band with your right hand and rest your elbow on the inside of your knee (to target those biceps a little deeper).
  3. Curl the band up toward your shoulder, gripping your biceps at the tip, with your palm facing away from your knee.
  4.  Return the band to its initial position slowly.
  5.  Until switching sides, repeat for 8–10 reps.
