How to perform one arm preacher curls?

  • Biceps workout using resistance band
  •  Wrap the resistance band around your foot until on the same side as the arm you'll be using.
  •  With one hand, grasp both ends of the band.
  •  With your palm facing up, your working arm should be almost perfectly straight with a slight curve.
  •  Make sure your head is straight, your back is flat, and your chest is up. To assist with stamina, cross your other arm over your neck.
  •  Pull the band tighter around your wrist and bend your arm until your hand is at chest height. Lift straight up rather than twisting.
  •  Complete 3–4 sets of 8–12 repetitions.
