How to perform push-ups?

  • Chest workout using resistance band
  • Place yourself in a plank position with the resistance band draped over your upper body.
  • Place your hands on the floor in starting position, facing the floor, with the ends of the band looped between your thumbs.
  • Push straight up until your arms are completely extended, contracting your glutes and abs in the process.
  • Lower your back to the ground and your chest to the surface.
  • For 5–20 reps, see what you've got (depending on your strength).
