How to perform triceps-dip?

  • Triceps workout using resistance band
  •  Wrap an exercise band around your neck and hold the ends with both hands.
  •  Start by standing up straight with your back straight and your hands on the dip bars.
  •  Bend your elbows to lower yourself, then press yourself back up through the exercise band to the starting spot.
